I want to see what the fuss is about from ED and interestingly enough it's absolutely nothing to hold a drama about. SS should be honoured that someone has drawn using the fanart as a refrence, it's how artists put style into thier work by learning the style from another and how my lecturer tries to instill those lessons to me. And fail. There is differences within SS style and your's anyway, your's are more characterized while her's tend to be detailed.
In my opinion this is an freehand fanart from a fanart
*looks at 'Statistics'* : Views: 16,009 Massive lulz! Everyone followed the link from ED. I do think you should 'credit' somewhat, but it doesn't seem DA cares much. So let's just leave it here.
Adding my two cents: I don't care about the whole "snapesnogger" drama, didn't know about her until just today, when an article on a website I choose not to name led me here.
However, freehanded or not, this person still looked at SS's artwork to draw this. Yes, SS's artwork was fanart of someone else's copyrighted characters, but they were still rendered in her style, as unoriginal as her style may be. Due to how glaringly obvious it is that this drawing was based off of SS's drawing, credit should at least be given in the image description.
It isn't SS's exact image reposted under someone else's account, and therefore not TOTAL theft, so not completely worth reporting and removing. This person has every right to be completely unoriginal, but they should at least have the consideration to own up to riding on the coattails of another completely unoriginal artist.
o.oU. .. ok ... no problem this cute ....... but I think if you should give credit to the author oringinal least put the link or icon xDD if art thief will tell you your whole life
